  While I was verifying the earnings date, I see I did over look a recent filing.

  He is a 5.75% holder = 4,184,332 shares

  It’s very possible those spikes I mentioned in the forum, was him buying.

  Several sites are reporting earnings after the bell today. One site I checked said Aug 1st.

  Decent volume today, almost above 30 day average. 1.36 should set this free. If ADSX makes a move you’ll see a few stocks I’m going to list tonight with the identical chart patterns in the forum. If this goes the others should follow.

  All day at work, and school yesterday, all day at work today, Pulling over time 3, 3! Days of over time at work. Unable to get home and sell adsx. Might put the limit for tomarrow morning if I can get home tonite.!

  Looks like a possible bottom, resistance would be the 13ema. Nothing is dumb, just need a little luck
